This portal provides access to the general public with the ability to search and view status of an inspection, an estimated time of the inspection and ability to search permit history. Please contact Community Development Department in the case you have a scheduled inspection and do not see it on the list (626) 308-2806.
PERMIT SEARCH – Provides the history and specifics on a permit. Includes scheduled inspection information. To search archived permit records, please select this link: RECORD CENTER.
PROJECT SEARCH – Provides the planning history, contacts and fees on a site and see specific details on Design Review Committee, Conditional Use Permits, and Minor/Major Site Plan submittals.
CONTRACTORS– Provides a list of contractors who are either currently working or have worked in the City of San Gabriel. Contractor search will provide name, address, business license, license types, insurance and contact information for the contractor.
PROPERTY SEARCH – Provides information associated with a parcel of land in the City such as address, owner, land use, building type and legal description.
